When you check in you get a complimentary fresh baked cookie, I've never experienced that before.
My experience was great. The beds are super comfortable; each bed had four large fluffy pillows on them. The carpet was ugly but very clean. The shower had the extension curtain rod, the type that bows out to give you more room. They slip your express check out under your door so you don't even have to visit the front desk if you don't want to. The hotel restaurant leaves a lot to be desired, but there are plenty of places to eat right next to the hotel. We went to an event at the Greensboro Coliseum and we had no trouble finding it because its only five lights up from the hotel (about 2 miles). After 10:00 pm the front door of the hotel locks and you must have your room key to get in, that's a neat little safety measure. All in all I've no complaints. ...read more
